On the afternoon of November 27, the Department of Innovation, Green Transition and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized the thematic workshop “Energy Efficiency and Conservation Technology”.

Within the framework of the Energy-Efficient Equipment and Green Transition Exhibition Fair, on the morning of November 28, a workshop on "Solutions to promote energy-saving and green transformation" was organized.

On the morning of November 27, 2025, the Department of Innovation, Green Transition and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Energy-Efficient Equipment and Green Transition Exhibition Fair.

Innovation, Green Transition and Industrial Promotion Agency (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in collaboration with Energy Conservation Research and Development Center (ENERTEAM), is organizing the “Energy Manager” training course from May 27–31, 2025.

In a concerted effort to bolster energy efficiency and drive the green transition, the European Investment Bank Group (EIBG), the European Commission (EC), and the Solar Impulse Foundation (SIF) launched a new pilot initiative aimed at boosting energy efficiency investments for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The initiative, a key element of the EIB Group Strategic Roadmap 2024-2027, is designed to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of SMEs across Europe.

Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son expressed hopes of learning from European nations about carbon markets, international integration, and green hydrogen development. He emphasized the need for continued support in funding, technology, and training.

Thailand's largest cement producer, Siam Cement Group (SCG), plans to invest THB 200 billion (about 6.3 billion USD) over the next five years to enhance the competitiveness of its subsidiaries, SCG Chemicals and SCG Cleanergy, in order to assist the parent company in accelerating emission reductions.

Mr. Loui Algren, Long-term Advisor of the Denmark-Vietnam Energy Partnership Program, shared his ideas about the most profound lessons from Denmark, how they can be applied in Vietnam, as well as some DEPP's activities to assist the Vietnamese green transition.
