On May 12, 2016, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade held a press conference for introduction into the International Exhibition "Energy Technology-Hanoi Environment 2016 (Entech Hanoi 2016)". This is the 8th instance held under the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Hanoi City People's Committee. Attending the press conference were representatives of the Department of Industry and Trade, the Ha Noi Energy Conservation Center, the Korean partners and numerous press agencies, central and local televisions.

With the theme "Energy Technology –Environmentally Friendly Solutions", Entech Hanoi 2016 will be held for 3 days from May 18 to May 20, 2016 at the International Exhibition Centre ICE, 91 Tran Hung Dao street, Hanoi.
The Specialized Exhibition of Energy and Environment has the size of over 6.000m2, to attract about 150 domestic and foreign organizations, and enterprises such as those from Korea, Japan, and Czech Republic. Approximately, there are 200 booths to display the products of energy-environment technology, including ranges of products: the environmental treatment equipment, manufacturing equipment, energy equipment, high-performance devices, environmentally friendly power-saving home appliances.
This is the 8th round of the International Exhibition.
One of the objectives is to create a favorable environment for businesses to access to advanced technology solutions with highly intellectual content, to replace the low-efficiency equipment with high-efficiency equipment, to reduce the input costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
Intentionally, it is expected to create favorable conditions for enterprises operating in the fields of energy and environment to meet for business contacts and cooperation, and technology transfer ... In addition, it is the display of product models and solutions for energy efficient, and the exhibition of energy saving labeled products.
