The people in many provincial agencies and units refrained from using water heaters, or air conditioners, meanwhile the electric meter is installed to each department and the consumption is delegated; all officers and employees are thoroughly imparted on the power saving practices; taking the power saving as an indicator for evaluation on the job performance and annual emulation and commendation.
