Energy manager training courses in June 2026

The Agency for Innovation, Green Transition, and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in collaboration with the Energy Conservation Research and Development Center (ENERTEAM), is organizing the “Energy Manager” training course from June 2 to June 6, 2026.
The training program is part of the annual activities under the National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy for the 2019 - 2030 period.
In the context of enterprises increasingly focusing on cost optimization and legal compliance regarding energy consumption, the "Energy Manager" training course is designed to equip participants with essential professional knowledge and practical skills in line with the Law No. 50/2010/QH12 dated June 17, 2010 of the National Assembly on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy, and Law No. 77/2025/QH15 dated June 18, 2025 amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy.
The program helps participants master efficient energy management, stay updated with the latest regulations, clearly understand the responsibilities of designated energy-consuming facilities, and enhance their capacity to develop and operate Energy Management Systems (EMS), as well as optimize power, steam, compressed air, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
- Tentative duration: 05 days, from June 2 to June 6, 2026.
- Venue: Union of Science and Technology Associations Building - 224 Dien Bien Phu Street, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Target participants: Graduates in engineering or energy management-related fields, and energy managers at entities/units.
Curriculum: In accordance with the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Lecturers include experts from the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition, and Industry Promotion (MOIT), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, and ENERTEAM.
Upon completion of the course and passing of the examination, participants will be awarded the "Energy Manager Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, valid nationwide
