Energy Manager Training Course in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City

As part of the implementation of activities under the National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy for the 2019 - 2030 period, the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in coordination with Vietnam Technological Solutions Joint Stock Company (VETS EnE), is organizing the Energy Manager Training Course for enterprises and energy-consuming facilities nationwide.
The training course is organized to meet legal requirements for appointing Energy Managers at designated key energy-consuming facilities; Update participants on the latest legal regulations on economical and efficient use of energy; Provide professional knowledge and practical skills in enterprise energy management; and Enhance capacity for energy cost control, optimization, and improved production and business performance.
Time and venue:
In Hanoi: From July 27 to July 31, 2026.
In Ho Chi Minh City: From June 29 to July 3, 2026.
The Energy Manager Training Course will be organized in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Training contents
The key contents of the training course include: Legal knowledge on economical and efficient use of energy; Energy-saving technologies, equipment and solutions; Methodologies for establishing and operating Energy Management Systems (EMS); Procedures for developing, implementing, and monitoring energy use plans; Management and operation of measurement, data collection, and analysis systems; Reporting methods and coordination mechanisms with regulatory authorities.
Participants attending the training course will be trained under the Ministry of Industry and Trade's standard curriculum by experienced experts from the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion; Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology; Electric Power University; VETS EnE; and leading energy experts in the field.
Upon completion of the course and successful passing of the examination, participants will be awarded the "Energy Manager Certificate" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, valid nationwide.
