Transitioning the energy efficiency market for vehicles and equipment is one of the important factors in the implementation of the Law on Efficient Use of Energy and the implementation of the National Energy Efficiency Programme (VNEEP) up to 2030.

The Conference of the 5 Year Plan Period of implementing the National Target Programme on Energy Efficiency during the period 2011-2015 was held by Ministry of Industry and Trade in cooperation with the Vietnam Energy Conservation & Energy Efficiency Association.
