At TOTO Vietnam Co., Ltd. – Hung Yen Branch, the story of energy saving does not begin with major changes, but rather with reviewing and improving each stage of the production line.

On July 24, 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) organized the workshop "Energy Efficiency and Conservation: Driving Force from Policy and Technology."

On the morning of 15 July, the 19th International Exhibition on Electrical Technology & Equipment (Vietnam ETE 2026) and the International Exhibition on Energy Saving Products and Green Energy (Greenergy Expo 2026) officially opened in Ho Chi Minh City.

As part of the implementation of activities under the National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy for the 2019 - 2030 period, the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in coordination with Vietnam Technological Solutions Joint Stock Company (VETS EnE), is organizing the Energy Manager Training Course for enterprises and energy-consuming facilities nationwide.

The Agency for Innovation, Green Transition, and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in collaboration with the Energy Conservation Research and Development Center (ENERTEAM), is organizing the “Energy Manager” training course from June 2 to June 6, 2026.

By implementing various energy efficiency solutions, GARCO 10 reduced its electricity consumption from 27,420,000 kWh in 2021 to 25,520,000 kWh in 2024, equivalent to a 6.9% reduction.

Thanks to the comprehensive implementation of energy efficiency and conservation measures, Asta Healthcare USA Joint Stock Company has reduced electricity consumption in its pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by 30%.

During the 2020–2024 period, the total energy savings achieved by Panasonic Industrial Devices Vietnam Co., Ltd. (PIDVN) reached 31.4%, making it one of the leading models for energy efficiency in industrial production.

In 2026, Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP) will continue to pursue its energy efficiency objectives in production while operating in line with ESG (Environmental – Social – Governance) standards.

Many energy-intensive key industrial manufacturing sectors, such as mining, steel, cement, and paper, are developing both short and long-term energy efficiency programs, while simultaneously upgrading technologies and strengthening energy management practices.

As one of the most energy-intensive sectors of heavy industry, the cement industry is accelerating technological transformation and optimizing production processes to save energy, reduce costs, and move toward sustainable development.

In response to increasing demands for cost optimization and improved production efficiency, industrial enterprises has proactively implemented various energy efficiency solutions, contributing to enhanced competitiveness and sustainable development.

The People’s Committee of Hanoi has issued a plan to implement the National Program on Energy Efficiency and Conservation and electricity demand management across the city in 2026.

Within the framework of the National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy for the 2019 - 2030 period, the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in coordination with Vietnam Technological Solutions Joint Stock Company (VETS|EnE), is organizing Energy Manager Training Course.

The smart large-space cooling solution developed by TOMEXCO and installed at the SPX warehouse in Vinh Long has achieved overall energy savings of up to 36% per year, equivalent to nearly 200,000 kWh annually.

Enterprises in Thai Nguyen Province are implementing various solutions to save energy and improve production efficiency.

In the implementation of tasks under the National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy for the 2019 - 2030 period, the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in coordination with Bach Khoa Energy Conservation Joint Stock Company (ECCBK), is organizing Energy Manager training courses in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Energy efficiency and conservation has been identified as one of the top priority solutions to mitigate risks related to energy supply, reduce production costs, improve economic efficiency and competitiveness, and contribute to ensuring national energy security and sustainable development.

The synchronized and decisive implementation of demand-side management and efficient electricity use nationwide is of critical importance, contributing to reducing peak load, improving power system operation efficiency, and alleviating pressure on investment in new power generation sources.

As part of the National Energy Efficiency Programme (VNEEP) for the period of 2019-2030, the Agency for Innovation, Green Transition, and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade), in collaboration with Vietnam Technology Solutions Joint Stock Company (VETS|EnE), is organizing the Energy Manager Training Course in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the morning of December 9, in Hanoi, Innovation, Green Transition, and Industry Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized a technical consultation meeting on the methodology for reviewing, updating, and developing new energy efficiency benchmarking for the NPK fertilizer production, seafood processing, yarn production, and textile sectors.

On the afternoon of November 27, the Department of Innovation, Green Transition and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized the thematic workshop “Energy Efficiency and Conservation Technology”.

Within the framework of the Energy-Efficient Equipment and Green Transition Exhibition Fair, on the morning of November 28, a workshop on "Solutions to promote energy-saving and green transformation" was organized.

On the morning of November 27, 2025, the Department of Innovation, Green Transition and Industrial Promotion (Ministry of Industry and Trade) organized the Opening Ceremony of the 2025 Energy-Efficient Equipment and Green Transition Exhibition Fair.
