Binh Duong supports businesses in energy audits and energy efficiency implementation

On April 5, Deputy Director of Department of Trade and Industry Nguyen Van Huu chaired a meeting with related organizations about supporting local business in energy audits and energy efficiency implementation in 2013.

Members of the Steering Committee for the program also attended the meeting held at the office of Binh Duong Department of Trade and Industry.

The program of supporting small and medium-sized local enterprises in energy audits and energy saving for the period of 2011 – 2015 was passed by Declaration 130/QĐ-UBND issued on January 13, 2012.

In 2013, The Department of Finance gives 3 billion VND for this program which is expected to support about 20 – 25 enterprises.

Binh Duong Province now has 3 functional organizations on Energy audits. They are The Centre of Industry Promotion and Development Consultant, Centre of Science and Technology Application, Binh Duong Energy Audits Consulting Company Limited.
