Quang Ngai Provincial Department of Industry and Trade has coordinated with the Quang Ngai Power Company to review the power-saving operations in 2014 and the activities to be deployed in 2015. Officials from local offices, units and enterprises came to attend the review meeting.

In 2014, the province implemented various mass communication measures for power-saving such as distributing the leaflets to propagate the power saving program, organizing the power-saving programs in the workplace and schools in the province. As a result, the province saved 16 million kWh of electricity, equivalent to 2.14% of commercial power output.

In 2015, Quang Ngai province aims to save 1.5-2% of commercial electricity. To achieve the above plan, Quang Ngai Power Company is bound to implement the power-saving program in parallel with public communication in the mass media, leaflets. The Company will also coordinate with the related units to organize and launch a power saving movement from agencies, offices and schools to every household.
