On May 21, within the framework of the International Exhibition Entech HANOI 2015, the Conference "Solution to Improve the Energy Efficiency in Industry and Building" was held.

According to Mr. Lai Hung Tien, an energy expert from Hanoi Energy Conservation Center, there are many factors that affect the industrial energy efficiency index, such as: weather, sunlight, yield, equipment usage levels. Therefore, enterprises should identify the appropriate energy efficiency indicators in their monitoring and measuring. At the same time, enterprises and organizations should keep the records and regularly review the options for identification and update of energy efficiency index.
At the conference, representatives of Vietnam enterprises introduce the solutions to energy monitoring system in the building. The system helps reduce energy waste by sending alerts such as redundant power status, standby mode, too cold temperature, uneven temperature, compressed air leakage. Consequently, the technical section of the buildings or businesses can offer timely counter-measures.
Meanwhile, in the conference, the Japanese companies bring with them the technology of double-layer insulation glass. This glass prevents heat radiation, which saves up to 30% of energy in buildings.
Mr. Dao Hong Thai, Director of Hanoi Energy Conservation Center, says that the owners of businesses and buildings need to be proactive in the economical and efficient use of energy. To do this, the units need to perform well the energy management. At the same time, it is necessary to build a data system to monitor and evaluate the use of energy in the critical areas.
