To realize the effectiveness in energy saving, Bac Lieu Power Company has developed and issued the "Rules in Electricity Saving" to be disciplined in the company, and at the same time, "Rules in Electricity Saving" was posted on the notice boards of the departments, the affiliated Electricity units and the officials and employees were demanded to implement seriously.
By May 2015, the province saved 8,338,154 kWh, equivalent to 2.81% of the accumulated commercial electricity, reaching 47.55% of the 2015 annual plan assigned by the Corporation, (targeting at 17.535 million kWh).

The internal electricity saving benchmarkings were given to each unit, deployment and mobilization officer and employee who then engage and mobilize their families and relatives to join the event in response to Earth Hour 2015 .
Power Company also advised the provincial People's Committee to issue document for written instructions for the departments and unions to participate in response to Earth Hour 2015 and the power saving plan. It was also the coordination to set up supervision teams to inspect the implementation of energy saving measures, and the actual physical checks were implemented in 51 units; these are the businesses and administrative offices, manufacturing enterprises - business and public lighting company in the province. Bac Lieu Power Company also entered Contracts with other corporate entities on power saving.
