With special design, the Green Generation stove not only saves 50% to 60% of fuel compared with the traditional wood stoves but also releases less smoke during cooking, thereby reducing harmful emissions, contributing to health protection and environmentally friendly space.
Green Generation Stove - Biomass Gasification Stove is the title of a project developed by Green Generation Joint stock company founded in 2012, a pioneering business specializing in providing solutions for energy saving and efficient use of renewable energy in the daily life. On the basis of using biomass energy from material sources in agriculture and forestry like residues, by-products (straw, rice husks, sawdust, corn cobs, bagasse, wood chips, wood shavings), Green Generation Stove solves two problems: it avoids wasting the available energy and reduces greenhouse gas emissions into the environment.
Advantages of Green Generation Stove are with its special design without a blowing fan, while it is easy to ignite, and to keep instant flame, saving up to 50% to 60% of fuel compared with traditional wood stove. It is not necessary to tend the stove, when the fuel feeder is fully loaded, (the user can save working time for food preparation or other work). Because the stove is very light, so it is portable, and also convenient for storage. The special design can enable less smoke during cooking, thereby reducing harmful emissions, contributing to health and environmental protection.
In 2014, 10,000 Green Generation Stoves were delivered to 15 northern mountainous provinces, including many midland areas, such as Tuyen Quang, Son La, Cao Bang, Ha Giang. In early 2015, Green Generation JSC has also studied and manufactured the new product line of stoves which are fueled with non-toxic biomass pellets, thus leaving no soot to blacken the pot. This product is directed to households in urban and suburban areas where toxic coal pellet stoves are still in use.
