Thua Thien Hue provincial Youth Union coordinated with Thua Thien Hue Power Corporation recently held a contest in knowledge about legitimate, safe, economical and efficient use of energy in 2015. 

The contest involved more than 1,100 members of 5 youth units in Hue City, Youth Unions of the provincial authorities, the provincial Enterprise Youth Union, and youth unions of the Provincial Police and Hue Central Hospital.

The contest was organized in the form of "Golden Bell Ringing". Candidates would  answer 15 questions and the situational multiple choices relating to the knowledge about energy, the legal provisions on the use of electricity, principles in the use of  electric energy; knowledge about electrical equipment and common circumstances in electricity usage.

The contest aimed at disseminating the guidelines and policies of the State on the national target program of economical and efficient use of energy, the legislative provisions on handling the violations in using electric power, rights and obligations of electricity users; the counter-measures, the principles of safe, economical, efficient and environmentally friendly use of electricity widely in the community.
