Under the leadership of Ha Giang Department of Industry and Trade, the Center of Industrial Extension and Promotion of Industry & Trade collaborates with the Economic and Infrastructure Office and related entities held a ceremony to launch the campaign to build models of Households with Economical and Efficient Use of Energy in 2015 in 2 Hoang Su Phi district and Xin Man district of Ha Giang province.
The Launching Ceremony is a practical activity aiming at implementing the National Target Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy as it has been widely deployed in the province. The goal of the program is to propagate and mobilize the people in Hoang Su Phi district and Xin Man district to participate actively in the campaign in response to modeling households with Economical and Efficient Use of Energy in the year 2015. At the same time, through this program, it helps forming habits and skills that save energy, spreading the program's message "Saving today for lighting tomorrow" in the community.
This is the 4th consecutive year the program implemented in Ha Giang province, and it has attracted over 2,500 participating households. As a result, the program has selected 300 households of Economical and Efficient Use of Energy to meet the typical criteria bench marked by the program.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thiep - Deputy Director of Ha Giang Department of Industry and Trade said: "To raise the awareness of energy savings in general and electricity saving in particular in the community, there should be harmonious coordination between related units, to spread out the messages. Each individual, in addition to saving the energy being used by oneself, should join hands with the community, the enterprises to support and participate in energy-saving activities."
Also at the launching ceremony, many activities took place, such as art performances, songs singing on the theme of energy saving, power-saving, quiz in power savings. The program attracted broad participation of households of union members and young people.
