Based on the outcome in recognition of the research and test production of malfunction indicator lamp accredited by the Science and Technology Council of Khanh Hoa, the Director General issued the Decision No. 2359/QD-DLKH dated 18/8/2015 on the assignment of tasks, procurement and production, for manufacture of 100 malfunction indicator lamps, under which the Mechanical Electrical - Testing Enterprise had manufactured 100 malfunction indicator lamps and the lot of production was accepted  by onDecember 16, 2015.

The product out of this batch includes some basic features, such as resistant to high voltage interference, capable of remote warning via GSM (telephone messaging to the manager and operator); combined with visualization software to display the malfunction position on digital maps, and to monitor the power supply status of battery and signal strength.

Having been tested and accepted at the workshop, during December 22-24, 2015, the Company has established an installation group including Technical unit, Regulatory unit and the Mechanical Electrical -Testing Enterprise, in collaboration with the Electricity units, deployed the installation of lamps in the pre-registered locations .

Installation for units of the Company

Through the installation and the actual operation of the malfunction indicator lamps on the grid during the time, the units will analyse, to  make assessment on the response of the device, at the same time propose solutions and adding new features to further improve the functionality of the equipment, to meet the requirements of better management, and operations on the grid.

Once having achieved the perfect products, the company will produce other 200 pieces for installation in electricity units in order to detect, isolate and zone the the faulted element rapidly, to bring down the power outages time for customers.
