On February 9th 2017, the General Directorate of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Trade promulgated the Official Dispatch No. 0239/TCNL - KHCN announcing the online energy labeling procedure registration. 

According to the Official Dispatch, the General Directorate recommends that enterprises give priority to the online energy labeling procedure registration in order to save time and reduce their energy labeling procedure registration costs as well as create favorable conditions for the state management. 

Enterprises registering the energy labeling shall access the electronic information page of the Ministry of Industry and Trade http://nhannangluong.dvctt.gov.vn/ to submit their dossier online.

In addition, enterprises can also submit their dossiers directly or by post to the Ministry of Industry and Trade according to provisions of the Circular No. 36/2016/TT-BCT dated on December 28th 2016 on energy labeling for means and equipment using energy under management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (the Circular No.36).
