Việt Nam sẽ có nhà máy điện quang năng 500 MW vào năm 2012. Đó là thông tin đang sôi động trên các trang web tại Mỹ. Tập đoàn First Solar, Inc vừa thông báo về kế hoạch xây dựng thêm hai nhà máy năng lượng mặt trời, một tại Mỹ và một tại Việt Nam.Hai nhà máy này sẽ ứng dụng những tế bào quang năng thế hệ mới, siêu mỏng gọi là Nanosolar và Miasole. Kế hoạch này dự định sẽ hoàn thành vào năm 2012 để nâng tổng công suất của Tập đoàn First Solar từ 1,4 GW lên 2,7 GW.

Tới mùa xuân năm 2012, hãng ô tô danh tiếng Lightning sẽ bước vào giai đoạn sản xuất quy mô lớn, dự tính sẽ đưa ra thị trường 250 chiếc xe mỗi năm. Với mức giá khoảng xấp xỉ 300.000 USD, ô tô điện Lightning GT sẽ là bước cải tiến đối với những sản phẩm xe hơi cao cấp như Aston và Bentley.

Especially, according to this technology, remaining heat can be withdrawn or adjusted based on different products through the heat supply equipment. Thus, apart from assuring product quality, drying seafood with steam reduces 10 times energy costs compared to traditional technologies.

A group of us from the NRDC teams in Beijing, San Francisco, and D.C. just visited Shanghai, China to discuss opportunities to collaborate on helping turn an old iron and steel alloy plant into a new "clean energy development zone." The site is one of 12 old industrial sites that China is planning to turn into clean energy development zones.
