Hồ Chí Minh, Cục Kỹ thuật an toàn và Môi trường công nghiệp, Bộ Công Thương (Cục ATMT) phối hợp với Bộ Năng lượng và Biến đổi khí hậu Vương quốc Anh (DECC) và Lãnh sự quán Vương quốc Anh tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh tổ chức hội thảo công bố kết quả của Dự án “Hợp tác phát triển và chuyển giao công cụ hỗ trợ định hướng xây dựng, thực thi chính sách liên quan tới giảm nhẹ phát thải khí nhà kính – Calculator 2050” - Dự án Calculator 2050.

Ngày 23 tháng 01 năm 2015 tại Hà Nội, Cục Kỹ thuật an toàn và Môi trường công nghiệp, Bộ Công Thương (Cục ATMT) phối hợp với Bộ Năng lượng và Biến đổi khí hậu Vương quốc Anh (DECC) và Đại sứ quán Vương quốc Anh tại Hà Nội đã chính thức công bố Phiên bản “Vietnam 2050 Pathways Calculator”.

Vietnam is building its own 2050 Calculator which will allow anyone with an internet connection to explore how Vietnam can pursue low carbon growth over the coming decades whilst providing enough energy to meet the county’s needs. 2050 Calculator was developed by the Department of Energy and Climate Change to model the UK. China and India have already tailored their own models with supports from the UK.
