On 25/08/2010, Ho Chi Minh City Energy Conversation Center, in coordination with Ben Tre Women's Union, organized training on energy efficiency for over 400 participants who are members of Women's Union in the locality. This is one of the activities of the project "Raising awareness on cleaner production, energy efficiency and conservation for the public", chaired by Ben Tre Department of Science and Technology.

During the course, trainees were equipped with information and knowledge on energy efficiency and conservation, thus, contributing to saving costs for family and society, reducing pressure on the electricity industry and protecting the environment. This is also the opportunity for women to improve the knowledge to prepare for the contest "Women to save energy 2010” on 18 September in Ben Tre.
