Located in Amsterdam, The Edge is considered to be the most sustainable building in the world - it’s been awarded the highest score ever recorded under BREEAM’s new construction certification scheme.

Created by OVG Real Estate, it was the first building to utilise Philips Ethernet powered LED lights which enables employees to use a smartphone application to regulate the climate and lighting over their individual workspaces. The building is energy neutral and uses solar panels on its roof and every other surface that is not a window on its south façade as its source of power.
