Ngày 25/10, Thủ tướng Chính phủ ký Quyết định số 1960/QĐ-TTg, phê duyệt Hiệp định về hợp tác trong lĩnh vực năng lượng Việt Nam-Argentina đã được hai bên ký ngày 16/4/2010 tại Argentina.

"Mở rộng hợp tác năng lượng trong điều kiện gia tăng cạnh tranh toàn cầu" là đề tài chính trong Tuần lễ Năng lượng quốc tế, khai mạc tại Mátxcơva, Nga ngày 25/10.

Cuyahoga Falls has its own municipal electric system and purchases power through AMP.

China's top economic planner is proposing graduated tariffs on residential electricity use as part of the nation's efforts to save energy, the National Development and Reform Commission said Saturday on its website. "A graduated mechanism will improve China's power tariff structure and spur energy conservation," the economic planning body said.

An Israeli firm called R-Jet Engineering has designed a new jet engine that could lower the fuel consumption by 25%.
