It is the saved power output of the Hanoi Electricity Corporation (EVNHANOI) in July. Accumulated figure for the first 7 months of the year shows that the Corporation achieves 177.35 million kWh savings, equivalent to 2.22% commercial power output.

EVNHANOI reveals that recently, the Corporation has promoted the mass communication, leaflets, utilization of mass media, mobile loud speakers vehicles ... to mobilize the people to practice power saving, especially, limited power use during peak hours.

By mid-July, the Corporation had held 210 sessions of power savings communication, combined with safeguard for the grid corridor, electrical safety in the rainy season in populated groups, residential clusters in the city of Hanoi.

Especially in July, EVNHANOI collaborated with Energy Conservation Centre - Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, Local Women Union to award the certificates and gifts to 58 families bearing the title "Typical Households with economical and efficient use of power and energy of Hanoi in 2014". This activity was integrated into the promotional event at population groups, residential clusters, in order to create a spreading campaign in the community, heading toward the aim "Power savings in every house for everybody to save electricity".
