Haiphong applies database software for energy management

Implementing tasks in the 2012 Program assigned by Hai Phong People’s Committee on the development of energy management database supplying for the management of Department of Industry and Trade, Energy Conservation and Cleaner Production Centre in cooperation with Information Center under Institute for Strategic Studies – Ministry of Industry and Trade developed database software and organized training courses on using software to report annual and five-year energy use plan for industrial manufacturers in Hai Phong City

More than 100 trainees participating in this training course are leaders and technical staffs of nearly 50 businesses in which 30 businesses are key energy consumption units entire the city.

Thanks to the training course, the trainees grasp the basic knowledge of using software to report energy consumption situation, helps businesses implement regulations on energy efficiency and conservation, and make well plan on energy use supplying for manufacturing and trading and create advantage conditions for the enterprises in the reporting process of annual and five-year energy consumption situation, on the other hand helps state management agencies manage and timely grasp the current situation of energy consumption of energy consumption units especially key energy consumption units.
