The contest was organized in the form of dramatized performance, to raise the awareness and consciousness of the management staff, teachers, parents and students in economical and efficient use of energy; while promoting the dynamic role of the youth squad volunteers, staff, teenagers in propagating and mobilizing the people to use energy with savings and efficiency.

There were 10 teams from 10 intermediate schools in the province of Hai Duong, including Viet Hoa Intermediate school, Cam Thuong Intermediate school, Tu Minh Intermediate school,  Binh Han Intermediate school,  Ngo Gia Tu Intermediate school, Ai Quoc Intermediate school, Le Hong Phong Intermediate school,  Tran Phu Intermediate school, Tan Binh Intermediate school and  Ngoc Chau Intermediate school.

Each participating team consists of 10-15 members. The team in turn underwent 3 contest duals: Greetings, knowledge and talents, including Greeting contest and talent expressed through the form of theater. In the knowledge contest, the teams jointly answered the question in the form of ringing the doorbell to gain right to answer.

By the end of the contest, Ngoc Chau Intermediate School won the overall first prize. Cam Thuong Intermediate School and Binh Han Intermediate School  shared the second prize, secondary schools of Cam Thuong, Binh Han got the third prize. The 5 remaining schools receive consolation prizes. Additionally, the organizing Board also awarded two sub-prizes: the Best Drama and the Best Promoter with talent.
