The Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) of the Energy Decarbonization and Transformation (V-DET) project has just been released.

The Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) of the Energy Decarbonization and Transformation (V-DET) project has just been released.

The plan discloses seven specific commitments that the Government of Vietnam (recipients) needs to make, along with specific material measures and actions include:

- Assessment and management of environmental and socil risks and impacts;

- Labor and working conditions;

- Resource efficiency and pollution prevention and management;

- Indegenous peple plan;

- Stakeholder engagement and Information disclosure.
