Founded in the 1990s, the production line, machinery and auxiliary equipments at Thang Long Plastic Joint Stock Company are not compatible, leading to inefficient energy consumption. In order to find solutions to the problem, Thang Long Plastic Joint Stock Company has conducted energy audit and applied various measures to reduce electricity costs as well as to improve power efficiency.

A forty acre, six megawatt solar power plant is providing the energy to run a water treatment operation at a Superfund site in California, and the U.S. EPA is so pleased with the results that they’ve produced a detailed case study to help promote similar projects across the country.

The new bus shelter was designed and installed by Solade Concepts based in Corona, CA. The Song Hau Power Center is defined as a regional power center whose core functions are to supply power to the national power grid (mainly serving southern areas and ensuring national power balance) through the 220/500kW north-south power transmission line. The center will include three coal-burnt thermo-power plants: the Song Hau 1 power plant (2x600MW), the Song Hau 2 power plant (2x1,000MW) and the Song Hau 3 power plant (2x1,000MW) and other associated infrastructure projects.

Mercedes-Benz has already started the production of a small series of 100 Vito E-CELL electric vans and according to the company, another 2,000 units are planned for 2011.The van, targeted for particularly environmentally sensitive areas and for inner-city operations, is based on the long-wheelbase Mercedes-Benz Vito with a typical roof.

The company has undergone 14 years of development and become a big business of Hai Phong City in the field of shipbuilding with the annual production value of more than 550 billion.

International Green Energy Expo Korea 2010 was chosen as the venue where SunPods SP-300 was first displayed. This is the first factory built-to-order solar-powered integrated electric-vehicle charging station – ready for powering up immediately. This ready-to-use solar power platform from SunPods is called EV Plug-N-Go.
