To promote steel exports to the European Union (EU) market, Vietnam's steel manufacturers need to optimise technology, save energy, and carry out product quality standards of the EU, according to Do Nam Binh, head of the Minerals and Metallurgy Division at the Department of Industry under the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT).

On September 1st, 2015 in Hanoi, the Vietnam Journalist Association, the National Program on Economical and Efficient Use of Energy - MOIT, Electricity of Vietnam worked on the final appraisal to award the press prize on "Communication to Raise Awareness in Economical and Efficient Use of Energy 2014".

As it is planned for June 18, 2015, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Hanoi, there will be MoU signing ceremony between Vietnam MOIT and the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Building on cooperation in energy saving and renewable energy industry.
