General Department of Energy has cooperated with the Department of Emulation and Commendation, awarded a medallion "For the Development of Industry and Trade of Vietnam," to Mr. Werner Kossmann - Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) of Vietnam Renewable energy development project. This project is funded by the German government and started its operation in 2012.
