National Energy Efficiency Press Contest launched

The Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Journalists' Association launched a press contest on November 12 in Hanoi to improve people's understanding of energy efficiency and conservation in 2012.

This sixth annual contest is focused on broadening the community's understanding of energy efficiency and conservation by presenting State policies, achievements in energy efficiency and conservation in 2012, outstanding collectives and individuals, challenges and directions for propaganda of energy efficiency, good experiences in energy saving and more.

Contestants must send-in their articles, which have been published on domestic newspapers and journals from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012. The organizing board will receive articles from November 2012 to February 15, 2013, and give awards in April 2013.
