That is the latest information from the Electricity of Vietnam Group (EVN) regarding the situation of power plants’ operation and power supply.

EVN has encouraged all power plants to operate at their full capacity to meet about 90 percent of the practical demand (about 305-310 million kWh per day).

From July 8, thanks to stable operation of the new coal-run thermopower plants and the increased volume of water in the reservoirs of hydropower plants in the north, the situation of electricity production and power supply has improved.
