On December 3, in Phu Tho, the Electricity of Vietnam - Northern Power Corporation (EVNNPC) organized "Review Ceremony on Emulation Program of Power Saving Families in Phu Tho Province in 2015". Currently, the lighting technology used in offshore fishing boats relies on traditional high pressure lamps, incandescent, halogen, fluorescent, compact lamps, made in China, South Korea, accounting for over 50% of the total cost operation of each round offshore, increasing the financial burden for fishermen.
